Smokeless Powder Muzzle Loader...HANKINS SPML-45 

I am offering one of the most powerful and accurate 45 caliber muzzle loaders in the world. The muzzleloaders I build will produce sub one inch three shot groups at 100 yards. With a muzzle velocity of over 3000 feet per second and a whopping 5000 foot pounds of energy. The SPML-45 will effectively take down game at over 500 yards. This is truly a long range 45 caliber muzzleloader.

Our muzzle loaders do not use sabots. Custom swaged bullets, primer holders and a measured powder charge is all you need to carry in the field.

Each SPML-45 comes complete with 25 primer holders and 1 breech plug with Tungsten bushing.

If you are wanting to get into smokeless muzzle loading without breaking the bank, consider doing a conversion on either a Thompson Center Encore or a CVA Apex.  I can convert your barrel to use my large rifle magnum primer ignition system (HIS) for a total cost of $325.00.  This includes 25 primer modules, 1 breech plug with a Tungsten bushing, and return shipping.

If you are on a tight budget, I can also install a 209 breech plug into your barrel for a total cost of $200.00.  This includes 1 breech plug with a Tungsten bushing and return shipping.

To do the conversion, I only need you to send me your barrel.  It is not necessary to ship me your frame.

CVA Scout V2 Converted to a Smokeless Muzzle loader.

 This is the CVA Scout V2 chambered for the 45/70 that has been converted to a smokeless muzzle loader. This rifle is available in either the HIS Brake action system or the DIS break action system.  Either way the rifle comes complete with 25 priming modules and a loading funnel. You may also want or need a smooth form sizing die and a three piece ram rod which is available at www.hanksprecisiongunparts.com.

CVA Hunter Converted to smokeless muzzle loader.

 This rifle is without a doubt the best option fou the budgit minded hunter. 

 The CVA Hunter chambered for the 45/70 is converted to a smokeless muzzle loader by installing a breech plug in the chamber. This rifle is available with either the HIS Break action ignition system or the DIS break action igntion system.  These rifle are shooting 1/2 to 3/4 inch groups at 100 yards and have a muzzle velocity of 2550 FPS shooting the 250 grain Pittman Accumax bullets.
